2019: Redshirted season.

2018: Brewer played in 10 games as a junior and ended the season with 52 total tackles, one interception and a pass breakup. He had back-to-back games with five tackles against Western New Mexico and West Texas A&M. Brewer had four tackles with a pass breakup in a homecoming win over Humboldt State. He grabbed an interception and made four tackles against Angelo State. He had six solo tackles and five assisted tackles at Eastern New Mexico. Brewer made a season-high seven solo tackles with four assisted tackles with 0.5 tackles for loss against Texas A&M - Commerce.


2017: Brewer played in 11 games as a sophomore, where he ended the season with 44 tackles and one pass break-up. Had four tackles against Sul Ross and added eight tackles at Western New Mexico. He had seven tackles, one tackle for loss and a pass break-up against Quincy. Brewer made seven tackles against Angelo State.

2016: Brewer ranked third on the Falcons with 82 tackles on the season. He also led the team with two fumble recoveries. He made 11 tackles in the season opener against Sul Ross. He had 13 total tackles, 11 of them solo against Arizona Christian. Brewer made a season-high 13 solo tackles and year-best 15 total tackles against West Texas A&M with a season-best two pass break-ups. He recorded double-digit tackles with 10 against Oklahoma Panhandle State. He made nine tackles on the road at MSU Texas.
